We felt sorry for them; They needed to have a home!

Morning all, I thought I would add to this group for the XN85 by letting you know that I am in the process of buying one, could be a lot of trouble

let’s hope not.
Anyone already have one, I may need help and advice.
Hope to get it on the road quicker than it took to get the 250 katana going but that is running nicely now.
Wish me luck.

Good man ..love an adventurer
We used to have 4 in the club at one time never out together though
On the whole a nice machine ...if the exhaust is OK otherwise it can go another long term project

Hi, I managed to get it for £3500 with the extra silencer, not been run for 4 years since last mot. I am happy with price, think it was fair.

Not bad at all ...new tubes shouldn't it be tubeless?
I enjoyed the one I rode , not really turbo but very linear ...best described as a turbo in a diesel set up not gti

..
That is to say extra power all through the range ...however the boost gauge is addictive

I was looking at that, I think you got a bargain, these bikes are really rare.
I used to have a Yamaha XJ650 Turbo, which I loved, and now they are really rare too (both were rare to start with).
Be good to hear how you get on with this one!

Thank you, jobs required are rear brake pistons and seals, clean rust from tank, replace inner tubes and hopefully that’s all

. Hopefully back on road in couple of weeks.
