If you zoom in on the image on CMSNL and look at the right most "clamp" (part 3) there is an H and it is the dimension of the clamp width. So it needs either aprt 3.1 or part 3.2. Why there are 2 types I do not know. Then you would need either part 4.1 or 4.2 depending.

I see the parts are different between SZ and SD but sure what those are or if they will interchange OK.

The SD part's (UK?) are I think:
14305-45501 Right ( http://www.robinsonsfoundry.co.uk has a NOS one for £150 so cheaper anyway (use quick order padr to find)!
14306-45501 Left

The SZ (UK?) are:
14305-45500 Right
14306-45500 Left

But then there are ones for different countries. The 1100 fiche I have have 5 part numbers for LH and RH SZ exhaust and 4 for the SD.

One difference is the early pipes had the "6" little holes round the centre hole but others were like the RH one you hav found.

If you are in the UK and as Robinsons have the NOS RH one you could call them and ask.

If you Google "14305-45510" not many hits are brought up so maybe that is what it seems - also the year starts from 1980 in your description.

Let us know how you get on.
