Thanks Blix, I remember my GPZ 1100 would wobble allot in the canyons, I always figured these older bikes did that. my suspension was clapped out and I had Chin Shin tyres on it, so your prob right proper suspension should be ok with that.
Yes on more power, I figure 36 Mikuni's a slight bore job, some mild cams and a nice pipe.

Re: Extra Parts
you are correct. I want to black out the engine though, get it to look like the 83 ones.
It looks like that bike has bar risers.![Image]()

Re: Extra Parts
Ok, yaw, is that yours?
I'm surprised it doesn't have flip forks on it. Looks great.

Re: Extra Parts
Sorry for causing confusion. No native english language, ou know...
If you want to x-brace your frame like shown in the pic above, you will have to weld it. There's a nice little program out there in the interweb called tubemiter. Very helpful for fabricating those frame members and make proper fitting ends to these.
...err, if you get my drift...

Re: Extra Parts
Blix, so true, I love the twin shocks especially when they are upgraded.
Pedda, thanks, I figured welding was the way to go. My pal (I think you call them "mates" or "blikes") welds for a living so I have an in.
