Fuel cap seal

Post by tigcraft » Sat Apr 26, 2025 8:24 pm

Noticed my cap seal for the 250 is shredded in a few places, anyone supplying these or recommend a substitute? Also need a replacement oil filler cap as mines lacking the thumb tab.

Oil Cap part number is "09259-20007" and used on loads of Suzuki's so cheap and available. Just Google the part numebr (with quote round else Google think you are trying to do a calculation!).

My 400 petrol cap was broken when I got it (key lock), I just bought a whole new pattern one. Funnily enough the GSX600F should do the trick, which as we know the Americans like to call a Katana! https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/752154548

For some other bikes that just have flat round seals on the caps, I have bought Viton sheet and made them.
