EDIT: I have been in contact with the guy that runs LiteTek and passed him more info. He has now added the GSX400SSN and GSX250SSN as a bike. He was very helpful. He strongly suggested NOT to use the imperial O-Rings as they are loose as they swell upto 20% once in petrol. See notes in posting below.

Viton O Rings are recommended.

You can get the 4 main O Rings fronm a UK company http://www.polymax.co.uk/, but 2 in Viton and 2 are Nitrile.

With regard to other GSX-R400 carb info floating about, using imperial sizes, Blair at LiteTek says this:

"The AS-011/BS-011 is completely the wrong size to use on the float perch. The ID is way too large. All of his measurements are wrong and he is recommending alternative sizes without any understanding of the correct fitting tolerances for o-rings nor consideration for swell when exposed to fuel.
This is why float perch o-rings are never very tight to start with. The engineers at Mikuni are not stupid. NBR will swell by up to 20% when exposed to regular fuel. See page 42 of this document http://info.ornl.gov/sites/publications ... b27766.pdf
