Torque settings depends on the actual bolt not what it is for ...if they are original then the number cast in the head is the torque setting and is listed in any genuine manual for any Suzuki bike . Can't get to mind at mo but it's available .

The 250 Service manual torque settings are not a lot of help...
I'd try and find a manual for a similar bike like a GSF250 bandit that you can get in English. ManualsLib had the GSF400 and that gives:

I also use Loctite 243. It's medium strength.
