Any way to sync the carbs without removing the inlet screws? If not where do I buy the adapter. Why the xxxx didn’t remove those rusty crap screws when the engine was out of the bike.
Any advice welcome.
Cheers.

Which bike? Which carbs?
If 1100 you only need to remove the allen bolts from the head…
Adapters come in most of the synchro kits.

It's a Pop Up. So ES kit should do it.
Morgan Carbtune used to do a remote kit to install onto the bike permanently (well as permanently as you probably want to if you were keeping the bike and regularly balanced the carbs) but they have stopped selling it and just tell you how to do it yerself

Thanks for the replies. BS34SS standard carbs on my pop up. I’ve ordered the ES repair kit Kryten and some vacuum adapters off flea bay. Already got vacuum gauges from tuning my short stroke engine Gixxer Slingshit.
Best wishes.

Btw the rap rusty screws that chew up are because you are using a normal screwdriver probably and not a jap motor industry head.....yep we didn't know until a few years ago either

Yes, best thing you can buy is a good quality JIS screwdriver set. I've had Japanese bikes my whole life, worked in the motorcycle industry since 1996 and I only found out about this screw type a few years ago!
