I bought the manuals from Katana central.

They contain all the diagrams for the S3 and SE as well as the ES

I assume you have an ES manual. Because of your last build , the SE is in the back of that , but the piece of loom from from control box to headlamp isn't mentioned, anywhere, we do have a wiring diagram for that in the club, was on the old site, it depends on the model SE you have...... However I know you have the jap one , though that piece of your loom is ok.

Your bike has a Superdream reg rec on it , and the yellow alternator wires are connected direct to reg rec, bypassing the daft Suzuki through the loom/switch set up. That is why you'll have 3 wires under the tank with black connectors on.
To return it to standard as Suzuki made in loom you'll need a new reg rec.

The ignition switch wires will be reworked because the ignition barrel was damaged and SE ones are no longer available, so a new. Switch was attached to an available switch.

The ones on eBay say SE ...BUT......
