As per the Pride events page, The Manc'ee Kat for 2026 is not so much a rally as meeting at the beginning and the end of 617 sqn ..
As the Eurokat in 2026 will be held near the Mohne Dam we will travel to Derwent dam and Ladybower dam on the Weekend 24-26 April ..( This brings us back to our original Manc'ee Kat dates of Nearest to St Georges Day ;) .)

We will be utilising our YHA membership and I will book accommodation . I would like to make the first booking of rooms by end of month , then add as we go , so we don't over book , but remember this is the peak district and hikers etc will be booking aswell so we need to confirm rooms soonest.
.
YHA Castleton Losehill Hall . Hope Valley ..S33 8WB.
Obviously this means no camping kit , but you will be sharing a room with other people. I believe there is a camping pod as well.
The cost incl breakfast will be about £100 for both nights ( it's not a quote but about that )
You can camp if you want, it's £15 a night
There are pubs and eateries in the Village.

Well spotted kind of , I did write Derwent Dam ..but it came out as water ..Derwent dam is the dam by ladybower that the Lancaster bombers practiced on .
The plan is to go either there or in to The Blue John mines etc.

OKay so I have now booked the accommodation and it works out to £128 per person for 2 nights and 2 breakfast. or £64 per night. :P
I will send a PM to each named with payment details ..( they will be the same as before.)
***save you working it out my credit card has been hit for £1780 ish ** :? :)

I had to book it now as the rooms were getting booked by others . There are still a few rooms left and a camping pod . So I can book more later ....hopefully or book your own if you want , we saved £200 on the total bill by having membership.
