Is the rally itself cash only? How much is the weekend plus t-shirt? Will it be tickets to get food onsite and drinks or cash / card bar?
I was going to get some Euros before leaving so wanted to work out how many as a minimum, or do others just find a cash machine?

For those travelling via Hull on the Thursday and returning Sunday ...(that'll be all of us really ) I'ver had an email to say that we will now sail at 2000 hrs and checking is 1800 hrs .. I will wait in the loading area before the turn to the booths .

The Shell station mentioned by Katmarch looks as good as any so we will aim for there .
are we aiming to meet at the Shell petrol station or in the port itself? Shell would be easier id have thought eh... what time were you thinking of getting there?

Fuel is expensive in Holland, fill up before leaving UK.

I think there are cash machines not far from site.

The Shell station is a meeting point so both Hook van Holland and Europoort travellers can meet up with facilities while they wait .. I think the Stens gets in a bit earlier than the P&O , though it's leaving a touch earlier now so not so how long if at all there will be a wait but it's wont be long at all , it's just both ports are either side of the estuary and different roads lead out until you get to the major ones and the Shell station is on that major road .

As for filling up I always fill up if there's time just before Hull just as M62 ends .. But there is a station just outside Europoort ..
Petrol seems expensive in Holland but at about £1.90 ish  but Germany is about the same as UK at the moment .

Friday to Sunday camping incl breakfast is 30 euro's ..a T shirt is 28 euro's AS per invite posted by Katmarch ;)
The Germans usually operate a bong system where you purchase tokens and exchange them for beer/food so you buy a book of tokens and spend what you can afford /or what you've got ..then towards the end of the night people just give them away to those still standing.
A beer is normally a couple of euro's as is a wurst ;)
I should imagine a card reader will operate to buy bongs ..but cash is King and reduces charges depending on your bank . ;)
