As the title.
Has anyone run individual Ramair ( or similar ) foam filters on their VM32mm ovalbores and if so did you find them more restrictive than the airbox or have to fit smaller pilots.
Thanks.

Around 3000 GSX1000S's made with 1000 of those fitted with vm32 ovalbores to qualify for homologation and 166 of those were allocated to the UK. You can knock three of those off the UK survivors list as i have their carbs  Thanks for the info zed! Most enlightening. I've now discovered that as...

Re: Help finding air pods
I have to say that you would be better using the dual pods with CV carbs as they go some way to dampening out the intake pulses that upsets the vacuum slides.

Re: E10 petrol use with 1980s Katanas
I'd steer clear of tank liners.
They can cause more problems than they solve and all fail in the end.
Probably best to use a stabiliser.
They contain corrosion inhibitors and additives to prevent or reduce water separation.

Re: E10 petrol use with 1980s Katanas
Probably time to replace all the fuel pipes and carb 'o' rings etc with Ethanol resistant Viton to give them a fighting chance even when running the E5. There's a couple of Ebay sellers doing decent 'o' ring kits etc. Either that or start extracting the ethanol out with water or use something like S...

Re: Parts for VM32SS
Did you get an answer to this ?
Fuel mix screws are the same as the ones on all the 4 cyl GS and Z VM26 and VM28's.
Plenty new on Ebay etc.
