Can anybody help. Just found some 750 ET forks on eBay and wondered if the internal stanchions will fit the 750 S sliders or or is it possible to fit the whole fork legs From the ET. The spindle position on the ET fits forward of the centreline of the stanchion and the S in line with the centre of t...

Hi blix, just received the disc. Everything AOK. Thanks again. A bonus to have the part nos as well. As from last night she lives again but still some work to do. Disc off to be printed tomorrow (aka the wife) and then I can prod and fiddle to my hearts content in the knowledge that if I "f@&k it up...

Hi blix. Just been out and checked 16" front wheel and are these the funny handlebars you were talking about as I thought these were after market, will save me an awful lot of grief if they are original

Hi Fossie. How do you tell the difference between a s1 and a s2? Can you also tell me if the engine number is supposed to match the frame number.

Hi Kryten, you may be a bit pissed with me as one of the first jobs I did on the bike was to decrease and power wash, you know what's coming I'm afraid it got destroyed, sorry mate would have been good to contribute something to the site! Bugger

Hi blix you are correct 145 mph on a 80s 750 would indeed be a bit quick. But this was on my friends 1000or1100 (can't remember which bike) but they were always arguing who had the best model. It was a double whammy that day as I did my first parachute jump on the same day. Photos to follow
