Sheringham Carnival Car and Motorcycle Show

Post by Kryten » Sun Jun 07, 2026 9:15 pm

Took the Kat to the above event today.

On my entry form I put Katana Owners Club.
Although I was also one of two from the North Norfolk MCC there.

We were equaled by the Ariel Owners Club who had two bikes present.

And that was it for the motorcycles.
Still it was a lovely sunny day.

This is the Kat and the T120 Thruxton replica

Nope. Still the old Skruffy Kat only with a new clutch cable, alternator and reg/rec! Oh and a dinky little Voltage/Worry meter fitted.

The 1000 is having the electric string draped all over it at the moment. I need to reconfigure the switch connectors as I am using early GSXR switches due to the non availability of the 1000 right hand switch/throttle assembly. Won't be this weekend as it's the North Norfolk Railway Beer Festival.... 8-)
