I said I would....

But I just couldn't summon up the required enthusiasm
At the last AGM i said would go to local bike meets and hand out cards to any Kats old and new there.. ;)

Well today it was a sweltering day , a Monday, the day our local airfield Cafe has a bike night , A bank holiday so I wasn't at work, the place would've been buzzin' I suspect...I suspect because when it came down to it I just couldn't drag the Pop up or 650 or S2 out of the garage , just to ride to a carpark full of bikes where the riders just wander round looking at other bikes ...for why that's the bit I can't suss ..
Sorry :?

Where’s the “Beavis and Butthead” sniggering emoji when you need it?

Mind you, to be fair, it was a North Norfolk MCC night at the “The Goat Inn” in Skeyton and it was so hot here that the thought of putting on the bike kit nearly made me give it a miss.

But I took the Kat, with it’s new alternator, reg/rec and clutch cable, for a run. I must say 2 things about it:

1) Despite having a “Boat Anchor” of a donkey it was going very well.

2) The new clutch cable lives up to it’s name of ‘Slinky Glide”

Oh, and the lights worked all the way there and all the way back
