Final got it off. Had to drill a hole M8 (not through) . Made some thread. Put a thick steelplate with a 10 mm hole ond the top of fork and screwed it out.

Perfect. One is off. Thanks to all for good help.
The rusty one is difficult. Got the ring out but the spring seat is stuck. I have to welding on something so I can pull it out

Looks like ES forks with the anti-dive. Under the rubber should be an Allen key socket. 10mm IIRC. No, the later GS650GD had the anti-dive as well and this is the later one as it has the 6 spoke wheel (unless that was changed for later type as well), so they could well still be original 650 forks. ...

I will do a check after easter. I think its original forks Gs650m katana. I have drained the oil from a smal screw at the bottom. Maybe I can fill oil back from the same with special tool.

You have a black rubber top, pop that off, under that is a 19 MM cap , .makes sure you have the adjuster in the middle wound out when putting it back on, it's just easier. There could be rubber caps on the top. Here's the strip down and rebuild pages from the OEM Suzuki manual. Oil is given as a capacity but is normally fine tuned via the air gap level but as Page 59 says you need to "When adjusting oil level, remove the fork spring and compress the inner tube fully"...
